1. What are your updated policies and procedures in light of the Covid-19 outbreak?

  • The health and safety of each child and staff member is paramount, so we practice strict adherence to public safety guidelines. Click here to find a list of our updated daily measures on how we keep the Precisely Pandas community protected.


2. Is Precisely Pandas a state-licensed daycare and why is that significant?

  • Yes, Precisely Pandas is a Connecticut state-licensed home day care facility. This location and staff have met the state regulations for safety, personnel background check clearance and pediatric CPR & First Aid skills. 



3. What are the ages of the children that can attend this program?
  • Care is offered to children ages 6 weeks old up through 12 years. During the school year, school-aged children can attend before and after school.  


4. Are families able to schedule a visit prior to enrolling?
  • Yes! An initial daycare visit is a mandatory step toward enrollment and is the best time to get answers to many of your important questions.  


5. What are the documents and fees required for enrollment? 
  • An enrollment packet, including the daycare application and Health Assessment (medical), along with the 'Getting to Know You' and 'Photo Release' forms must be completed. The first and last week's tuition payment must accompany the completed forms. 

6. What is your sick policy for children?
  • Precisely Pandas does not accept sick children for care. A daily health inspection is performed prior to accepting the child at the door. If a child becomes sick during the day while in care, the parents and/or authorized pick-up will be contacted to pick the child up promptly.

7. What is the procedure for drop-in care?
  • The parent(s) and child must schedule a visit prior to when drop-in care is needed. After the initial visit, all mandatory documents (refer to question #4) must be submitted to be fully registered for drop-in care. Payment is due prior to care. 


8. What teaching style is encouraged at Precisely Pandas? 
  • We believe that learning through Play and Discovery are the best methods to support early learners. 


9. Is Precisely Pandas open on school closure days?

  • We are open during school closure days, including Professional Development, half days, snow days and on select holidays. Check the Home Page for upcoming daycare closures. 


10. What forms of payment are accepted?

  • Cash, Check/Money Order and Credit Card payments are welcomed.


11. Do you offer flexibility with your operating hours for parents who need an earlier start? 
  • We will consider all reasonable requests and provide an answer on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us for more details.
